Results of the 48th Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Gunalchéesh to all the 2022 Goldbelt Board Candidates for running in this year's election.  

Directors Lisa-Marie Ikonomov, and Todd P. Antioquia were re-elected to the Board, and candidate Gail M. Dabaluz was elected to the board. 

Following the conclusion of the annual meeting, the board convened at headquarters to administer the director's oath of office to the newly elected candidates. The board also reorganized and elected directors into the following board officer positions.
