Prospective Candidate Packet Deadline - March 17
The deadline for the Prospective Candidate Packet online form was Friday, March 17, 2023.
The shareholders who applied have been emailed a background check authorization link for completion by Monday, March 20, 2023. Upon the completion the electronic submission of the candidate packet, the information provided by the shareholder will be reviewed by Goldbelt and the inspector of elections to ensure completeness and eligibility for inclusion on the Goldbelt Corporate Proxy.
Successful candidates will be notified via email by elections@goldbelt.com and announced with the publication of the Goldbelt Proxy Statement on May 19, 2023.
