Election Materials Mailed to Shareholders: May 19, 2023

Shareholders can now access election materials - the 2022 Goldbelt Annual Report, Proxy Statement, and Proxy on MyGoldbelt on the Election Connection page. Click here to visit the election connection page.

The Goldbelt Board of Directors encourages shareholders to review the annual report and proxy statement thoroughly before voting their proxy.  Proxies can be submitted via mail, email, fax, in-person, or through the online voting portal at goldbeltvote.com.

Vote Your Proxy!

Voting online is the safest and quickest option! 

1. VISIT: Go to goldbeltvote.com on your smartphone, computer, or tablet.

2. LOG ON: Enter your shareholder ID number and the last four digits of your Social Security number as your login information. Don't know your shareholder ID number? Log on to MyGoldbelt.com and click on the "About Me" tab. Your shareholder ID number will be displayed at the top of the page.

3. VOTE: Direct your votes to the candidate(s) of your choice. If you wish to vote quorum only or discretionary, you may select either box at the bottom of the page.

4. SUBMIT: Click the "NEXT” button to be taken to the confirmation page and review your selections.

5. CONFIRM: Review to ensure your vote was recorded correctly. Here you have the option to donate your proxy incentive. When you have confirmed your vote, click "Submit," and your proxy will be recorded.

6. DONE! You will be sent a confirmation email upon submission. Log back in anytime to submit a new proxy or review your submission.

Shareholders may also vote using the proxy card and pre-paid return envelope sent to the address on file.

Important Dates:

PROXY DEADLINE: July 6, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time 

Proxies submitted by the proxy deadline will qualify for a $100 voting incentive. All shareholders who submit a valid proxy before the deadline will be entered to win one of 53 proxy prizes. 

Proxy incentive payments will be received and approved every two weeks on Wednesdays and sent via direct deposit or paper check the following Friday, with the first payment scheduled for June 2, 2023. Sign up for Direct Deposit today on MyGoldbelt! To receive your proxy incentive via direct deposit on June 2, you'll need to sign up before May 23, 2023.

ANNUAL MEETING: July 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Alaska Time

The annual meeting will be held via livestream on Saturday, July 8. Shareholders will have their last opportunity to vote their proxy during the annual between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Alaska Time.
