• Strong Revenue Outlook: Goldbelt’s annual revenue projection is on pace with last year and has the potential to exceed 2024’s record-breaking totals of $543 million gross revenue and $30 million net revenue.

• The Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust payment of $20.00 per share, totaling $5.7 million through the Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust. Since 2019, the Tináa Trust has saved shareholders approximately $6 million in federal taxes.

• Distribution Policy Explanation:Goldbelt follows a Board-approved distribution policy that averages profits over five years to reduce the impact of market volatility and provide stable, predictable shareholder distributions.
Government Contracting Update:

• Minimal Disruption During Shutdown: Because Goldbelt focuses on the government’s mission-critical work, 94 percent of our employees remained on the job through the government shutdown.

• Cashflow Managed Effectively: Though the shutdown posed cashflow challenges, the corporation was prepared and effectively mitigated impacts. Shareholder benefits remain unaffected.
