Goldbelt Achieves CMMC Level 2, Major Investment in Security and Customer Trust

People of the Tides: Blessing and Dedication of Goldbelt Áakʼw Tide
Goldbelt shareholders, descendants, Elders and guests gathered at Statter Harbor for the blessing and dedication of Goldbelt Áakʼw Tide, the newest catamaran in Goldbelt Transportation’s growing fleet. The vessel expands marine operations and supports future opportunities, including transportation to Goldbelt Aaní.

Robe Cutting Ceremony for Haa Shagóoní on Aug. 19
Weavers Donedin Jackson and Rae Mills will celebrate the completion of their Diving Whale Ceremonial Chilkat Robe after two years of careful, time-intensive work. The robe will be cut from its loom and then placed on the weavers’ shoulders to be witnessed by those present and welcomed with song.

At the base of Mount Roberts, just steps from Juneau’s bustling cruise ship docks, visitors to the Goldbelt Tram Lower Terminal can watch master artists at work, enjoy local food and coffee, browse Alaska Native artwork, and have firsthand Tlingit culture experiences. While aerial tram service is temporarily paused, the waterfront terminal continues to welcome guests with authentic cultural experiences, craftsmanship, and hospitality.
