The event commenced with President and CEO McHugh Pierre introducing the Goldbelt Board of Directors and Management. McHugh Pierre presented an overview of Goldbelt's performance, goals, and the benefits available to shareholders. Then the floor opened for shareholder questions. Local Anchorage dance group, Áanchich’x Kwaan, captivated the audience with a vibrant dance performance, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the community, and the event concluded with the distribution of door prizes. 

The booth passport program encouraged attendees to engage with exhibitors and learn more about the services and support available. Partners represented included:
