Goldbelt 2021 Distribution Announced

The Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust trustees, comprised of the Goldbelt Board of Directors, met on November 5 to unanimously approve the dividend of $7.00 per share for 2021. The dividend has a record date of November 12 and a distribution date of November 19. The total 2021 dividend amount was $4.4 million. The total amount includes the $2.2 million special summer dividend and the fall, regular dividend of $2.2 million. This is an increase over 2020's $6.00 per share regular dividend totaling $1.8 million.
The 2021 dividend was distributed to the beneficiaries of the Tináa Distributions Trust: Goldbelt shareholders of Alaska Native descent. Gunalchéesh to the Goldbelt Board of Directors: Chairman Todd Antioquia, Vice-Chair Leilani Wilson Walkush, Treasurer Richard A. Beasley, Corporate Secretary Lisa-Marie Ikonomov, and Directors William Andrews, Ben Coronell, Lori Grant, Katherine Eldemar, and Craig Kahklen.
