Goldbelt's Fall Distribution Announced: $17.16 per share

The Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust trustees, comprised of the Goldbelt Board of Directors, met on November 8 and unanimously approved a contribution of $5 million to the Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust. The distribution amount of $17.16 per share will be distributed to the beneficiaries of the Tináa Distributions Trust: Goldbelt shareholders with voting stock. This distribution reflects the success of Goldbelt's business operations while adhering to the Board's distribution policy to create a reliable and dependable annual distribution to shareholders. 

The record date for the fall distribution is November 13, 2024, and the distribution date is November 26, 2024. 

Last Day to Change Shareholder Information: Please update your banking and address information by November 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time. Shareholders may also update their information directly on the shareholder portal at MyGoldbelt.com.
