Election Announcement
2021 Board Candidate Ray Austin submitted his withdrawal from the Board of Directors Election to Altman & Rogers, Co. Goldbelt’s Inspectors of Election on Monday, June 21, 2021.
Any shareholder who submitted a vote for Ray Austin can login to GoldbeltVote.com to update their proxy to the remaining candidates: Kenneth Southerland, Catherine Edwards, Richard A. Beasley, Ben Coronell, Gail Dabaluz, Katherine Eldemar, Mary Marks, and/or Gianna Willard. Alternatively, shareholders who voted for Mr. Austin, who do not choose to update their proxy will have their votes count towards quorum only.
The quickest way to resubmit your vote is through MyGoldbelt.com. When your proxy is submitted, a confirmation will automatically be emailed to the email address on file with your MyGoldbelt.com account.
