CEO Livestream Recap

Livestream Campaigns 2025 (3).png

On Friday, Feb. 13, President & CEO McHugh Pierre hosted the first CEO shareholder livestream of 2026 where he provided updates and responded to questions from shareholders. For your convenience, a recording of the livestream is available on MyGoldbelt.com. Below is a summary of key announcements and discussion:

Revenue Outlook

  • Goldbelt’s annual gross revenue projection is on pace to exceed 2025’s record-breaking total of $505 million, with 2026 gross revenue predicted in the $550 million range.
    • Because the federal government is paying smaller margins on contracts, our net revenue, however, is projected to be lower despite higher gross revenues.
      • 2024: gross $481 million with a net of $31.6 million.
      • 2025 (anticipated): $505 million gross revenue; $23 million net revenue..

Help Against Threats to the Small Business Administration 8 (a) Program

“It’s about empowerment, not entitlement.” - CEO McHugh Pierre.

  • The 8(a) program plays an important role in helping ANCs be competitive in the federal contracting landscape. The Trump administration is threatening to break the agreements ratified under ANCSA that promote Alaska Native self-determination.
  • Any weakening or significant alteration of the program could reduce investment in Alaska Native communities and shift federal contracting opportunities toward a small number of large corporations.
  • Shareholders are encouraged to contact their members of Congress to honor the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
  • To lean more, visit:  MyGoldbelt - News - Protecting the SBA 8(a) Program: Why It Matters to Goldbelt Shareholders.
    • A template letter is available that you can personalize, along with directions for sending it to your members of Congress.

Alaska Division Update – Investing in Juneau

  • Goldbelt Aaní: Our team is working with the City and Borough of Juneau on the permitting process.
    • Visit: goldbeltaani.com for more information.
    • The first dock is projected to open in spring 2028.
  • Eaglecrest Gondola: Goldbelt’s revenue sharing agreement with CBJ protects the company's investment regardless of completion.
    • If the Gondola project does not move forward, Goldbelt will receive its investment back, plus an additional 30% on our $10 million investment in the project.
  • Cascade Point DOT/AMHS Ferry Terminal in Juneau is moving through the Alaska House and Senate. The project funds were appropriated roughly a decade ago; the Legislature is deliberating on the project.
    • When built, it will bring consistent, affordable, reliable transportation, lowering the cost of transporting goods and products to Juneau.

  • The Ancestral Trust fund endowment value is at approximately $40 million
  • Elders’ Trust is being populated to generate dividends in roughly six years.
