Goldbelt Supports Hunger Action Month: Food Drive All September

This September, Goldbelt is leading a community food drive in support of the Southeast Alaska Food Bank and Hunger Action Month, and we invite our shareholders, employees, and community to join us.
Strengthening our communities is deeply rooted in our value of Service; we believe in showing up for our neighbors, friends, and fellow shareholders when there is a need. Fall is an especially important time to give. While food donations often increase during the winter season, the Southeast Alaska Food Bank can experience fewer donations during the fall. To help address this anticipated gap, Goldbelt is also contributing $5,000 to the Southeast Alaska Food Bank in support of its work across Southeast Alaska.
Now through October 1, Goldbelt Hít at 3017 Clinton Drive in Juneau will serve as a community food donation site. Donations can be dropped off Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Most-needed nonperishable items include canned tuna, top ramen, canned soups, mac & cheese, canned vegetables, spaghetti sauce, peanut butter and jelly.
Join us in helping fill the shelves and supporting our neighbors, friends and fellow shareholders throughout our community.
