Reminder for Goldbelt Shareholders Regarding Sealaska's Spring Distribution

Goldbelt Shareholders,

Sealaska announced a Spring Distribution on April 2, 2021 (see below).

Due to the influx of calls, this is a reminder that Goldbelt Incorporated is an urban ANCSA corporation which means Goldbelt does not receive 7(i) funds from Sealaska, the 7(i) portion ($7.59/share) of Sealaska’ s distribution goes directly to its urban corporation shareholders in the distribution made from Sealaska. 

Urban shareholders that are enrolled with Sealaska may verify their payment through MySealaska.com, as a reminder this is not a Goldbelt Incorporated distribution.
