Annual Shareholders Meeting Celebrates Community and Future Growth

The 50th Annual Shareholders Meeting was a remarkable success, marked by an excellent turnout and a spirit of celebration. We were delighted to welcome 254 shareholders who brought 118 guests, and 154 viewers joined us online. The annual meeting was held in person at Centennial Hall and broadcast on MyGoldbelt. Shareholders had the opportunity to pre-submit questions for the Q&A portion of the meeting up to a week prior. The meeting was a testament to our collective resilience and vision for the future. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended in person and watched the broadcast online. Your participation and support are the pillars of our continued success and growth. Adjourn Annual Meeting & Dance Group to Lead to Party with Purpose
 

 
At the meeting, directors Rick Beasley, Katherine Eldemar, and Ben Coronell were re-elected to the board. Each director will serve a three-year term that will expire in 2027. All three elected directors were sworn in following the annual meeting, and their terms began effective immediately. 65.9% of voting shares were represented during this year’s election, and a quorum was reached on June 17. The board reorganized its officer positions, and they are as follows: Craig Kahklen as Board Chair, Richard Beasley as Vice Chair, Gail Dabaluz as Treasurer, and Lisa-Marie Ikonomov as Secretary.
