Nominations Open for Board Election at 45th Annual Meeting

The election season officially began on February 22, 2019 with the mailing of the Nomination Form. If you, or a shareholder you know, would make an excellent candidate for the Goldbelt Board of Directors, nominate them before March 15, 2019. Goldbelt will collect the nomination forms and send candidates the Candidate Disclosure, Questionnaire, and Agreements Packet required to be considered as a candidate on the Goldbelt Proxy. The official candidates will be announced with the publication of the 2019 Proxy Materials.

The 45th Annual Meeting will be held on July 13, 2019 at the Centennial Hall Convention Center begining at 11:00 AM.
