How do shareholders view the meeting?
Shareholders can login to MyGoldbelt.com to view the live-stream. Starting on July 9th, shareholders will see a new banner titled, "47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders" on the home page. By clicking the banner, shareholders can go directly to the live stream. If not already logged into MyGoldbelt.com, the system will prompt you to login to view the content. Shareholders who participated in the Annual Meeting last year will recognize the login and viewing process. Shareholders who are not already registered on MyGoldbelt should do so prior to the Annual Meeting to ensure they are able to view the meeting.
All shareholders who login to the Annual Meeting will be eligible to win one of 18 door prizes (including Jerry's Meats Seafood packs, gift cards, and other prizes)!

Voting opens at 11:00am AKDT via goldbeltvote.com, it closes at 12:30pm AKDT
