Annual Meeting Recap

The 49th Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, via livestream from the KTOO Studio in Juneau, Alaska.

At the meeting, directors Lori Grant and Craig Kahklen were re-elected to the board, and Lynette Page was elected to serve her first term. Each director will serve a three-year term that will expire in 2026.

All three elected directors were sworn in following the annual meeting, with their terms beginning effective immediately. 65.3% of voting shares were represented during this year’s election, with a quorum reached on June 14.
